R&D Governance, Systems Engineering Frameworks & Structural Complexity Management

R&D synergies are not created through operational interventions, but through the definition of scalable architecture frameworks and governance structures. In highly complex, variant-driven industrial environments, this requires the provision of standardized modular systems and the establishment of binding interface logic rather than manual coordination processes.
